Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dashund at dashund.app (the "Service"), operated by Just Point ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

dashund lets you import spreadsheets and data, transform them using plain-language instructions that are converted into code and run automatically, and build, share, and export dashboards.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. An organization may have multiple members, and the organization is responsible for its members' use of the Service.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed per seat through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless noted. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending a profile and sample of your data to our AI provider to generate transformations as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you provide.

AI-generated output

Transformations, charts, and other outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before relying on them. The Service is a tool to assist your analysis, not a substitute for your own judgement, and outputs are provided without any warranty of accuracy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload data you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringing
• use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of others
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• use the Service to build a competing product

Sharing

You control whether and how you share dashboards, including public links and email-protected access. You are responsible for the content you share and for choosing appropriate access controls.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Just Point and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as permitted here.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Point will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Poland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
